Other than that we knew what was going to happen on Saturday. I was hoping with the upset but I was just upset with the fight all together. Nick Diaz looked like he took a brisk walk & maybe fell into some bushes after it was over. During the press conference he told GSP that he wanted a rematch & that he hits like a woman. It was Nicks first fight in over a year, but he couldn't get anything going. He also said he wanted to fight Anderson Silva....but 5 minutes before that he was retiring & he's never paid taxes before in his life. He was all over the place.
Johnny Hendricks FTW
Johnny Hendricks beat Condit by decision & had him trying to pull out something for 2 rounds until he hurt his hand. The 3rd round was a little scary but Hendricks controlled him and made sure he didn't get into any trouble. Next up is GSP for Hendricks. Do you think we'll see another KO from Hendricks? Or will we see another GSP fight? We haven't seen Hendricks playing defense yet (other than the 3rd round of this fight) so we have to wonder if this will play out like GSP vs Serra or GSP vs Serra 2 Electric Boogaloo.
