Last night was the season premier of The Ultimate Fighter, and all I can say is that this will be the best season they've ever had.
My Favorites that will make it far / could win the show.

TJ Dillashaw. He had that impressive ground & pound style and also trains with Team Alpha Male (Faber, Benavidez, Mendes.)
Dustin Pague. He's the current ROC Champ (East Coast Promotion) and has a good submission background.
Diego Brandao. He's the brazilian that did the flying forearm smash to the one guy who he knocked out in less than a minute.
Sleeper - Steven Siler. No one gave him a chance, not even Dana White. He actually beat the guy who I thought would win the show, Micah Miller.
Sleeper - Marcus Brimage. Looked like a mini Bobby Lashely. Great Striking, trains with American Top Team.

John Dodson - Trains under Jacksons MMA (GSP's camp.) He should win the show.
Louis Gaudinot - Had the green hair, I've seen him @ a ROC event. He should either get far / be in the finals.
Sleeper - Johnny Bedford. Looked like a skinny, homeless Stiffler. I saw him in Bellator about a year ago....he's not bad. His stock rose when he beat Carson Beebe (brother of former WEC Champ.)
Fighters who disappointed me.
Micah Miller - This guy has fought everywhere. WEC, Japan, etc. He is 17-4, trains with a great team, and should have easily beaten the guy he was going to fight. If someone get's hurt, look for Dana White to call him up and see if he wants another shot.
Jimmie Rivera - He was fighting the guy who's girlfriend said "you are the father" but he really wasn't. He's another guy I've seen in Bellator, ROC & King of the Cage. He's even the King of the Cage champion. He gassed. He'll be another guy that Dana White will call back.
Japanese Fighters can't even win a decision on TUF.
Just think of how broke we would be if they let us call in to bitch about the decisions etc and charged .25 a text like American Idol.

p.s. I have no clue if they charge you to call in for american idol.
I wanted to see the japanese guy get a chance. the guy that he fought looked good though. the one guy is dating miesha tate?
ReplyDeleteBryan Carraway is dating Miesha Tate. He's the guy Dana White wasn't impressed with & said "he played it safe." He trains with Dillashaw so he might be good.
